Keep Your Home Cozy This Winter

As temperatures drop, we want to help you keep your home warm, cozy, and safe throughout the winter season. Please take a moment to review these important reminders to protect your unit and prevent cold-weather issues:

Keep Your Heat On

  • Please maintain your thermostat at 68°F or higher at all times

  • This helps prevent frozen pipes and maintains proper airflow inside your home

Prevent Frozen Pipes

  • Let faucets drip slowly during freezing nights

  • Keep cabinet doors open under sinks to allow warm air to circulate

  • If you notice reduced water pressure, report it immediately—it may be an early sign of freezing

Seal Out Drafts

  • Check windows and doors for drafts and ensure they are fully closed

  • If you feel cold air coming in, please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

Power Outage Tip

  • If you experience an outage, notify your local utility provider first, then inform us if the issue affects your unit

Staying proactive helps protect your home and ensures a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
